How do I tune into my LUNA LIVE™ class?
All LUNA LIVE™ classes are held via Zoom. Through Zoom, your dancers will be able to video conference in, dance, and interact with us live.
What time are classes set?
What if my child has never taken a dance class before?
All LUNA LIVE™ classes are created for dancers of all levels. The instructors will provide modifications and/or challenges throughout the class to keep your child engaged.
How do I sign up for a LUNA LIVE™ class?
You can sign up for classes on our website. Simply choose the class you’d like to take from on our schedule and proceed with registration and check out. Class packages are also available. You will need to create an account or login to your account, if you'd like to buy a package.
What if I need to cancel my class?
If you need to cancel/reschedule your class, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org HOUR before your class start time. Classes must be made up within 7 days of originally schedule/purchased class date. All classes must be used within the session and cannot be used to enroll in a new class. All sales final, there are no refunds for Luna Live virtual classes.
I don't see my Zoom access information. What should I do?
Your class link will be emailed from email@example.com, please check your spam and promotions folders as well. If you do not see an email, please double check your class bookings in your account or a comfirmation email for your booking to make sure you are enrolled. Please ensure the email address you provided when booking your class is the correct email address in which you have access to.
