The Artist Experience

The Luna Performing Arts' Artist Experience consists of adult drop-in classes led by exceptional teachers and artists who cultivate community in the classroom. It is a space to learn, grow, and celebrate dance! Dancers of all levels are welcome, and we cultivate an environment where you are welcome to bring your full self to the room and learn.

The Artist Experience Registration

It is your responsibility to inform Luna Performing Arts,LLC and its instructor’s of your limitations before your activity begins.

I represent and warrant that I am in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical condition, which would limit my participation in the use of the space provided by Luna Performing Arts and/or activity offered at Luna Performing Arts. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any of the classes, programs, workshops or other activity. I understand the risks associated with the activities offered by Luna Performing Arts and I accept responsibility for those risks, as affirmed below. I agree to follow all instructions so that I may safely participate in classes, workshops, or other activities.

I hereby WAIVE AND RELEASE Luna Performing Arts, its property, owners, officers, employees, and instructors (collectively referred to as “Luna Performing Arts”) from all liability to me, or my personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin for any loss, damage, or claim resulting from or related to my participation in the programs offered at the facility on account of injury to my person or property, whether caused by any negligent act or omission of Luna Performing Arts or otherwise. In taking part in the classes, workshops, or other activities at Luna Performing Arts, I understand, acknowledge and agree that I am fully responsible for and I am releasing and discharging Luna Performing Arts from all risks inherent in my participation in the activities offered by Luna Performing Arts or encountered while using Luna Performing Arts’ facilities, including those due to Luna Performing Art’s own negligence as well as any risk due to the misconduct of Luna Performing Arts’ employees or instructors that increase any risk inherent in these activities.

All classes for the Luna Performing Arts' Artist Experience limited program are non-refundable.

A class credit can be given if cancellation notice is given at least 3 hours before class. Any cancellations made within 3 hours of class start time will not be credited and class credit is forfeited. Class credits will be forfeited for no-shows.

All cancellations must be submitted to sam@lunaperformingarts.com

Luna Performing Arts reserves the right to cancel class due to insufficient registration. If less than three students register, class will be cancelled. If Luna Performing Arts cancels a class with low registration, the students will receive a credit. No refunds.
